When booking your room a deposit is required to hold all reservations equaling the total of the first
night's room rate with tax. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of
reservation.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or change your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival.
A charge of $10 will be made for cancellations or changes prior to the 48 hour period.

Early check-outs or no shows are considered cancellations and they will result in a loss of deposit.
Additionally, if the reservation was for multiple nights and we are unable to rent the remaining
nights, you will be charged the full amount of room with tax for the reservation.
We understand that your pets are an important part of your family and we welcome them to our Inn.
Select rooms are pet friendly with a fee of $35 per pet, per stay. Pets are welcome in any of our Adobe
Bungalows, Gold Park, Faultline, Bottle Room & Dark Room and also West End Cottage.

During Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday periods our regular 48 hour
cancellation policy changes over to a 7 day cancellation policy and some holidays have a two-night
minimum stay as outlined below:

Spring Break: April 10th - 26th 2014
7 day cancellation policy

Thanksgiving: November 26th - 29th 2014
2 night minimum stay, 7 day cancellation policy

Christmas & New Year's Eve: December 24th - January 4th 2015
2 night minimum stay, 7 day cancellation policy

Please note December 25th is the only day of the year we are closed as our staff are off spending the
day with their families. On this one day of the year we do not allow check-in's or check-out's and our
restaurant is also closed.
Group Reservations

When you reserve 5 or more rooms you are categorized as a group and subject to different
reservation and cancellation policies. Please contact us directly by phone (760) 367-3505 or by email

Check-in time is any time after 3pm, and check-out time is by noon.
