Join over 200,000 volunteers nationwide this year, and help celebrate the public lands that you love!

With the cooler fall temperatures upon us, what better way to spend a Saturday morning than with your sleeves rolled up, enjoying fresh air, and a sense of reward for helping maintain these beautiful public lands for future generations to come!

Here are two great volunteer opportunities to consider for National Public Lands this September 30, 2017. Spend the morning in Joshua Tree National Park, or the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve which is part of the new Sand to Snow National Monument. In addition to the many special events taking place across the country, entrance into all National Parks is free this Saturday, September 30.

However you choose to spend your day, we hope you get out there and enjoy our beautiful public lands!
